Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://cleaningbytabby.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Cleaning by Tabby reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.

Services. Cleaning by Tabby provides Residential Cleaning, Commercial Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Move-In Cleaning, Move-Out Cleaning, Post-Construction Cleaning and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.

Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.

Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.

Ownership. Cleaning by Tabby (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.

Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.

Termination. Cleaning by Tabby may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.

Warranty Disclaimer. Cleaning by Tabby makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.

Limitation. In no event will Cleaning by Tabby's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.

Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Cleaning by Tabby against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by TX law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in TX for any dispute arising out of these Terms.

Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
